I'm Tiffany, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. At Mindful Therapy, I use evidence-based approaches—including EMDR, CBT, and Schema Therapy—to support healing from trauma, anxiety, ADHD, relationship struggles, and more.
