A: My typical therapy sessions are 45 minutes and cost $150, with the option for extended 60-minute sessions at $200 if you’d like extra time. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Avera insurance.
If you’re paying out-of-pocket, I also offer a cash discount. And if your insurance isn’t listed, I can provide a superbill so you may be able to submit it for reimbursement. My goal is to make therapy accessible while keeping the process simple and straightforward.

The duration of therapy depends on your goals, concerns, and pace. Some clients notice meaningful shifts in a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support to address multiple layers of experiences. Progress is individualized, and the focus is on sustainable change.

Sessions begin with checking in on your current experience and setting goals for the session. Depending on your needs, we may use talk therapy, EMDR, or other tools to process experiences, manage emotional intensity, and build coping strategies. You’ll always have control over the pace and depth of the work.
