Still feeling anxious, easily triggered, or weighed down by experiences that happened years ago? When trauma isn’t fully processed, it can continue to show up in your relationships, your work, and the way you see yourself. But you’re still feeling…

Struggle with impostor syndrome or a sense that you’re never doing enough

EMDR therapy can help you feel you again.

EMDR is an evidence-based method that helps people heal from distressing life experiences and trauma.

  • EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from distressing life experiences and trauma. It is based on the idea that our brains have a natural ability to heal, but overwhelming events can sometimes get “stuck,” continuing to affect how we think, feel, and respond long after the event has passed.

  • During EMDR therapy, you will be guided to briefly focus on a difficult memory while engaging in bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, tapping, or sounds. This process helps the brain reprocess the memory so it becomes less emotionally intense and no longer feels overwhelming or disruptive in daily life.

  • EMDR does not require you to talk in detail about your experiences if you don’t want to. Instead, it works by helping your brain make new connections, allowing distressing memories to be integrated in a healthier way. Many people notice reduced emotional reactivity, improved self-esteem, and a greater sense of calm and control.

At the end of the day, I want you to know:

what happened to you is not who you are — and your brain is capable of healing in ways you may not yet believe are possible.
